The Tide Table Group proposes to close part of Dock Road that separates Parker's Garage & Bird & Betty's to increase seating at Bird & Betty's.

Dock Road would be partially closed for Bird & Betty seating. This would allow for a 15ft wide pedestrian path/emergency vehicle (only) access.

Dock Road would be reduced to allow for outside seating at Parker's Garage.  There would be a 7 ft pedestrian path and a 10 foot wide path for vehicles.

The Tide Table Group proposes to extend the frontage of Bird & Betty's to allow outside dining. They also propose to change the traffic patterns on Dock Rd & Northwest Ave.  

This plan also eliminates the road that connects 2nd Street to Dock Road between the public restrooms and Bird & Betty’s.
